Fifth Appointment of “Mountains for Every Taste” at Colle del Lys Refuge
A spectacular view of the mountains of Valle Viù, combined with the simplicity of mountain cuisine: this is Colle del Lys Refuge.
On Saturday, March 7, at lunch, we will serve a menu that highlights the ingredients of our Alpine tradition.
Like the toma del lait brusc, a cheese with a strong flavor that tells the story of the mountaineers of the past. Like the ancient Piedmontese corn polenta flour, rustic and intense, stone-ground just like in the old days. And, of course, the torcetti di Lanzo, cookies strictly handmade following the ancient popular tradition of these valleys.
- Starter: flan with toma del lait brusc
- First course: venison ravioli with alpine butter
- Main course: polenta made from ancient Piedmontese corn with venison stew
- Dessert: Bavarian cream with torcetti di Lanzo
