Ca’ du Tri Farm
I am Alberto Griglione, agronomist and founder of the farm Ca’ du Tri. We are located in Coassolo, in the heart of Valle Tesso, one of the side valleys of the Valli di Lanzo area.
Our deep connection with this land, where our family roots run deep, inspired me and my family to bring it back to life, creating this farm in 2018, of which I am proudly the owner. From this comes our motto: “We Cultivate Emotions”.
Even the name Ca’ du Tri tells our story: in the local dialect it means “House of Tri”, a tribute to the nickname by which my great-grandparents, who once lived here, were known.
Our mission is to recover and promote the traditional crops of these lands, contributing to the preservation of an agro-mountain landscape increasingly at risk of disappearing. Our main products are:
- Ancient varieties of local apples and pears, carefully restored, which we sell both fresh and processed into excellent fruit juices and sweet or cheese-pairing preserves
- Mountain potatoes
- Seasonal vegetables and small fruits
- Herbal teas and liqueurs
- Custom-made favors for any occasion, created with our products
