Big Bench number 152 of Mezzenile is at Pian, above the Colle della Dieta, at an altitude of 1,500 m. Set among rhododendron-rich meadows and easily reached by a short walk, it offers sweeping views of the surrounding mountains.

The Big Bench of Mezzenile, number 152, is located at “Pian”, a plateau above the Colle della Dieta in the hamlet of Monti, at an altitude of 1,500 m above sea level.
The site is surrounded by lush meadows of rhododendrons, typical of these mountain areas, and can be reached with a 15–20-minute walk.
From the Big Bench, you can enjoy a highly diverse and breathtaking landscape.
The pink colour of the Big Bench reflects that of the cyclamen, one of the village’s symbols. The traditional Cyclamen Festival, dedicated to this flower, takes place every year in mid-July.
How to visit the site
From Mezzenile, follow the road to the hamlet of Monti. The bench can be reached in about 15 to 20 minutes on foot.
